Windfall is a San Francisco, California based jazz fusion band founded in 2004 with core members Kenny Thompson (bass and acoustic guitar), Perfecto Gonzalez (bass and acoustic guitar), and Michael Dismuke (keyboards). Other drop-in musicians have been Chris Tenaka (electric guitar), Phillip Horton (violin), Michelle Gray (piano) and the man simply known as Jay (percussionist).
