William Fox (born Wilhelm Fried in January 1, 1879–May 8, 1952) was the founder of Fox Film Corporation, now 20th Century Fox.
Wilhelm Fried was born to German Jewish parents in Tulchva, Austria-Hungary.
He set up the Fox Film Corporation in 1915.
