Panmagic square

A panmagic square of order n is a magic square with the additional requirement that not only the n rows and the n columns, but also the 2n broken diagonals sum to the same magic constant.

The magic constant of this panmagic square is 34. The broken diagonals (such as 10+1+7+16 and 10+13+7+4) all sum correctly.
