NewWave was a desktop software for Windows 2.0 and later, and an office productivity tool, developed by Hewlett-Packard. It used to be heavily supported by the manufacturer. It has been the subject of a look and feel lawsuit from Apple, see Apple v. Microsoft. Its development stopped with the release of Windows 95.
