Honey, I Blew Up the Kid is the 1992 sequel to the 1989 Walt Disney Pictures film, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids. It was directed by Randal Kleiser and stars Rick Moranis and Marcia Strassman who try to rescue their son after a failed science experiment goes bad.
In the film, Moranis reprises his role as the "nutty" professor Wayne Szalinski, who unwittlingly blows up (enlarges) his toddler to a height of over 100 feet (30.5 meters). Strassman also reprises her role as Szalinski's wife, Diane, and together with their older son and a babysitter, they try to reach their blown-up son before a ruthless scientist kidnaps him in Las Vegas.
