Anyone is a band from Southern California, USA, the band emerged from the short lived Sylvia project. They are notable for coining the term "Maximum Acid" as a subgenre of Psychedelic music. Anyone is largely the brainchild of Riz Story , the band's lead singer and guitarist, and also the only member of the band that has remained since its inception.
As of the release of the band's first, self titled album, the line up was
- Riz Story on lead guitar and vocals
- Static on bass guitar
- Ransom on drums. Ransom replaced Nipples, the band's original drummer, shortly *before the release of the band's first album in 2001 on Roadrunner Records.
On February 28, 2004, Riz announced the band's permanent lineup, consisting of:
- Riz Story on lead guitar and vocals
- Boano on drums
- Miles Martin on bass
- Miki Black on guitars and keyboards
The band has also released a DVD, titled The Story of Maximum Acid and is currently working on their new album, titled Sip the Pleasure of Days.
