Andrew Phipps, was born the youngest of 17 children in the upscale town of Winchester, Massachusetts located on the outskirts of Boston. His Father passed away at the age of 4, and his Mother decided to move away from the city for the simple life. He later grew up in South Randolph, Vermont surrounded by cider makers, maple syrup sugar shacks, egg farms, dairy farms, sheep, horses and hay. He attended high school in Randolph, Vermont later choosing to escape the institution and get a General Education Diploma. After achieving his success with the GED test he later went on to attend Johnson State College and Champlain College where he studied Entrepreneurship.

After a brief stint renting a party room at Phi Mu Delta on the University of Vermont campus, he decided to leave college and try the real world.
